Dear sirs, I want to make a high level complaint against flipkart. I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 03/06/2016. They have told me that it will be delivered on or before 14/06/2016. I was not ready to wait so long. Hence, i called to cancel the order or to check if i can get it delivered early. The advisor promised me that it will be delivered on 10/06/2016. I have waited for all day. However, the mobile is not delivered. I called again and they requested to wait till 14/06/2016. I have raise complaint twice by calling. However, no one has contacted me. Now, after waiting for 11 days and wasting hours over the phone, they are telling that the product is out of stock and asking me wait again. They are still not telling the delivery date. I want them to compensate me for the inconvenience caused and the time i have wasted with this useless company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
