[Resolved] Flipkart — sewing machine manual | |||
We ordered an sewing machine due to handling problems, we told to refund and flipkart agree with our refunding and they not coming for refunding and after finishing the 10day return policy they rejected our refunding. Sewing machine rate is 4550, we want to refund this product in anyway. Now the customer care services are not responding. The sewing machine is manual so we didn't no to manage that, this is our first order to flipkart but we really sad and angry Was this information helpful? | |||

There's no reply and no refunding for our sewing machine, they told to me they will solve the problem on 4november 2018 4pm but there's no refunding or other reply till 5 November 2018 so we are very disappointed and very poor customer service and support by flipkart
