[Resolved] Flipkart — shipped wrong product and not replacing | |||
I ordered a gopro hero 4 black edition ftom flipkart on sep 25th 2018, and received package on 29th september. But the seller has sent me hero 4 silver edition instead of black that too in a tampered seal box. I have been raising return and replace request but they reject. I connected with flipkart over call/ social media/ emails but they are not at all helpful in trying to find the right soluton. Was this information helpful? | |||
