[Resolved] Flipkart — shirt return | |||
I requested a return of an order id numer od[protected].. I called the pick up agent and i told him to pick up the order from 11-1:30 or will come after 4:30 but he said he will come at his wish and refused to my instructions.. Now 2 days have been already gone my pich up has not been picked up... I want my return should be picked up by tomorrow before 11 am as i will go for coaching or in the evening pick up can be done... I want my return as soon as possible done... It is the worst service from flipkart that i m getting... Was this information helpful? | |||

However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your Jack & Jones Men Embroidered Casual Blue Shirt. We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has schedule the pickup from your address by 13 Feb 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 9 business days as per standard banking procedures.

I order on 22 january 2020. Flipkart commit me 6th feb. 2020 is deliver date of my led tv. But their are no update in may oder till now. I do not receive any update. I complaint on flipkart's call center. But there are not satisfactory answer.
