[Resolved] Flipkart — shoe rack installation | |||||
Hi, i have ordered shoe rack from flipkart and it was delivered on 8th may and installation supposed to happen on may 10th. Product is lying in my living room from may 10th and no installation is happening. I reached out the customer care multiple times (5 times) and they say that it will be escalated but there won't be any action and every time i call, it will be 24-48 hrs sla and there wont be any action after that. As installation is not happening and product is lying in my room for quite sometime i requested for the return if they do not provide installation service. Same case happened with almirah where the installation supposed to happen on 12th may but they showed up finally in may last week and when it was unpacked it was broken.
