Flipkart — Shoe refund

Hi,

This is regarding the harassment that flipkart is repeatedly doing whenever I am trying to return a product. I have ordered shoes from flipkart multiple times but they have not delivered the correct product in multiple cases. When I try to return the product they ask me for aadhar card or pancard details to complete the request which is nowhere written in their return policy. Their CSR has already accepted that it is not written somewhere and they are doing in for verifying the customer which i don't find is the correct way. I am fed of calling flipkart again and again and is going to deactivate my account once this request is raised.

I am trying to reach them to show me where they have written to have id proff to return an item but they are not returning
