[Resolved]  Flipkart — shoe stand order cancellation

Hello,

I have been a good customer for flipkart since its inception. I have ordered shoe rack worth 4999 inr from flipkart using pay later option on 27 sept, 2017. After a week, i have received the product at my home address. After reviewing the product, i have requested for return on 29 sept, 2017 since the product is of poor quality and there are damages of paint and wood coming out. On october 10th, 2017 flipkart executives started following up with me that the item will be picked up. This pick up request flipkart executives have been placing since october till end of december. But none of the executives ever showed up, to pick up the product. So the product always stayed at my home untouched, awaiting to be picked up as if it is in a warehouse.

Finally, by end of december flipkart cancelled my return request for what reasons i'm not aware and they asked me to pay 5499 inr (4999 + 400 late fee) since the product is not returned by me till date.

Now, after many followups flipkart did not respond to me properly and they fined me and as well cancelled my return and they now sent me a legal notice for making the payment.
How is this fair on flipkart, i do not understand?
More than 3 months my house has been a warehouse to host the product unused expecting the product will be returned. Flipkart should pay me for this loss for holding the product until this time.

Cheaters from flipkart do not know how to service a customer instead charge the customer with legal notice.

How is this acceptable. I would like to file a case against flipkart now.

Please help me, i want to sue this organization.

I have all the recordings which i made over phone.

Please do the needful.

The complaint is not resolved by Flipkart. As per the phone interaction with Flipkart executive, I have been asked only to make the payment and Flipkart is not assuring the return of the product.
I’m continually asking Flipkart to go through the call logs that I have requested the return from past 3 months because the product has scratches and is of very poor quality but Flipkart’s executives are only considered that I should be making the payment.
I sincerely ask Consumer Forum that this is rude from Flipkart not respecting customer feedback and not taking the return of the item.

Please let me know if I should also proceed legally as my loss should be paid by Flipkart that I have been bearing the product all this time.
