Patehtic experience, since i have booked it, i am not reachable to courier and flipkart is saying some body will contact after 8 days and that too just to ask what has happened Paid of shoes i ordered are missing in jaipur, several times i enquired about it no one paid attention my order no was 108 ordered on nov 19 2017 Request to flipkart is to contact me asap Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 25, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, as per customers complaint, stated that the product is not received by Him/Her, as per our internal team update we got the confirmation that the product is been delivered to the right customer, and also we have shared the proof, where the customer had signed that they have received the product. Hence closing the case.
