I placed an order for 5 Units of 'Nirvika 3pcs stainless steel handi cookware set with lid' on 28th september 2022. The order was delivered to me on 1st October 2022 at 7.17 PM but the box which was delivered contained only one unit of the product . However in the sticker on the box it was mentioned that the box contained 5 units.
I immediately contacted customer care on the phone and raised the issue. I have been told that I will get the amount of remaining 4 units which are short will be refunded back to the original source of payment within the given time.
Since 1st October when I lodged my first complaint which you rejected to refund, I raised the issue 3-4 times on phone and also by writing on the Flipkart app. Everytime I have been given some date to resolve the issue and you have refused to solve the issue before that date and rejected the refund. In every communication I requested you to investigate the issue explaining the whole matter very clearly and patientfully which recording is also available with me.
Despite all my efforts neither you investigated the matter nor given my money back is showing that you have malafide intentions and acting fraudulently. Was this information helpful? |
