[Resolved]  Flipkart — skyfly fruit and vegetable rack with multipurpose kitchen rack

Sir,
I had ordered for a “skyfly fruit and vegetable rack with multipurpose kitchen rack” on 21st july, 2019. It was delivered from your website on 27th july, 2019. I was not happy with the product as the “height of the vegetable rack is too small and the basket of the vegetable rack is too small to carry any item”. So after two hour on the same day of delivery i urged for a return request where i asked for refund and mentioned that i was not happy with the product as a reason. On the next day i. E. 28th july, 2019 your pickup person came to pickup the vegetable rack. But he refused to take the order as he couldn’t find the company sticker on the product. I have received the product without ticker in box and internal pack. So he told me to again urge a return request where i have to mention that i have got an another product. So according to his instruction i urged for a request on the same day. On 29th july, 2019 when the same person came to pick up the product. He again refused to accept the product as it was scratched told. He asked me again to file another return option where i have to mention the product which i had got is an used product. So according to him i again requested for a return request where i mentioned that i have got an used product on the following day. When the man came on 30th july, 2019 to take the product. He didn’t took the product. He cancelled my return request and asked me to talk to your website customer care that as my product has “no company’s sticker, different product, used product “he cannot accept until an unless you send an email to them. He will not accept it. So since 30th july, 2019i have been talking to your customer care people, they had filed another two return request to take back the product, but the ekart people are not taking back my product. I had asked them to send an email to those pickup people, but your team is not sending an email to them. They are only sending return request to ekart team. And they are cancelling the return request. Since 27th july, 2019 till 1st august 1, 2019. I have been facing serious problem while returning the vegetable rack. Neither i am getting any final resolution nor my product has been returned. My complaint no is “in[protected]”. My order id is “od[protected]”.
I am really getting irritated from your team’s service. My return validity is till 6th august, 2019. I request you to take a strong action on it. I need my product “skyfly fruit and vegetable rack with multipurpose kitchen rack”to return as soon as it possible and to get refund back with my money. Other wise i will file complain in appropriate form.
