Dear sir, I had ordered sleepx dual comfort mattress having size of 78 x 72 x 6 inch from you as on 18th sept 2020. Order id - od[protected] Up till now the product hasn't been dispatched from your the flipkart. Since more than a week no proper feedback response regarding product delivery from your side. Moreover, you are not cancelling the order and providing us the refund for the order. Due to your improper operations from your end you are binding the customer for the product order without giving cancellation and refunds. We are fed up with the flipkart service for the order delivery and false assurances. Kindly cancel the order and provide us the immediate refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 8892/- has been completed on 29 Sep 20 and will be reflecting in your account by 07 Oct 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. | |||
