I bought asus zenfone max m1 (Gold, 32 gb) order no. Od[protected] on 9 july 2019. First i gave the return request and it was canceled due to the technician visit was didn't happen due to call not attend so i gave them call again requested them to proceed the request and continue my and refund request later that week i had a technician visit and he checked the phones for issue and then he said he would report to the vendor about it. And later then i checked the request and it was canceled.
And said that my problem was solved which it didn't.
The phone has issues while i am talking in call it would echos (Hear the sound multiple times) and it happens randomly so i restart phone if it happens. So that was the reason i requested for refund also it had high cpu usage without even installing any app which was recorded as evidence by technician.
Please i would like to return and get refund.
