Dear sir I am ordered for a smartphone xolo era 1x pro. But i don't receive any of its accessories so i am arrange for replacement they misuse to give me and they block my account i need my replacement product plz help. The e kart executive misuse to give the replacement product. He is one responsible for all the problems i am facing now. I don't need mony i need replacement that's all. The e kart executive told me cansell replacement. And arrange another one but i can't arrange another one because my account blocked. I need solutions plz give my product to.
