Flipkart — SNB White Face Mask

This is the poor service from Flipkart that I had experienced. I had ordered for 6 pieces of SNB white Face masks Order number OD:[protected]. When i got the product delivered today i.e 10/04/2015, noticed that there was only one piece in the box which is unacceptable. I immediately called customer support and got an answer stating that the products will be delivered before 20th April which unacceptable, I had ordered because we have an event on 15th April, Is there any higher escalation point of contact.
