[Resolved] Flipkart — sofa set broken

I brought 6 seater sofa set from flipkflipkart but sofa set side hand stand is broken. Then i told him sofa set is damage. So i want to my refund but they told me refund is not possible only can replacement. Then i told him replacement. Technician also visit and told me it is broken cannot possible for repaire. Please i want to refund. Please help me. Many time complaint but have no response. My order id od[protected]. Delivery date -24/march 2018.

Updated by rajesh chetri Sofa set is broken ànd quality also 3rd class.First time I brought sofa from online.They have no replacement and no refund and no any response is getting them.So I want my refund.
