I have ordered a RealMe C35 Mobile phone on Flipkart app. The product was delivered on 7th April 2022 invoice dated 1st April 2022. After 17 days o[censored]sage when I use Disney+hotstar application and try to watch a live stream video, the phone freezes and gets stuck, restarts automatically. I have recorded few videos which I couldn't attach in this email due to size limitation. Since the return window is closed. I have approached the authorised RealMe servicing center and they have updated the Software and flashed my Phone.
RCA by servicing center: Recent Android update has caused mobile to freeze and heat.
The video evidence of the issue is recorded on 29th April 2022 after coming back from the service center.
It's very annoying that I couldn't use my phone, entire efforts money and time wasted on this Phone..
I WOULD LIKE TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER AND WOULD LIKE TO OPT FOR A REFUND of 11099/-.
The Quality of the product is very Bad. 17 days after usage it is not expected to get disappointed.
I raised a callback request from Flipkart no one Responded.
