I ordered multiple items in Flipkart and one day they delivered two-three items and all were COD so got the payment whole together. we paid the cash. Later when I checked one of the packages was someone else's. My name is also Abhii and the other person's name was Abhi but his surname was different and also the address was different.
But later we realized that it was not from any of our accounts and the delivery agent might have made a mistake. we called customer care, made them understand the situation. And he confirmed the registered phone number which is completely a different account. They also accepted that it was a mistake from their delivery side. But the Customer agent told me that he can't help me further as he sees no options in his system and this is a very new case. I asked for the customer's ph number. so that I can ask him to get his package from me. But he did not provide due to policies.
I asked him to connect to a senior person but I was put on hold for a very long time.
I have an unwanted, packed package with me that I did not order and Flipkart is not showing any compassion to help me out.
Flipkart will also receive another call from the concerned customer whose package went missing.
