[Resolved]  Flipkart — Sony xperia z3 compact

I had ordered a Sony z3 compact phone from flipkart.They sent me a damaged product( the sim slot was damaged) and that too in the wrong packaging. the IMEI no. of the phone does not match with that on the box. Now when i want to return the product they refuse it saying the IMEI nos dont match. this is nothing but complete case of fraud. the selling company on flipkart was mirchihint After what i have experienced i would never recommend anyone to purchase anything on flipkart.Better go for other online destinations. ORDER ID OD[protected] PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK

Spoke with the customer as she is saying that the phone imei no is different with the box and the invoice so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders kindly give some time we will update you on this regard.
