[Resolved] Flipkart — spf claims are not getting settled. | |||
From past 2 months our spf claim for the wrong product we have received from the customer are not getting settled. We only used to get "copy paste" reply for every wrong product. We have attached all the valid proof's including the images of the received product. Sometimes we have attached the video made while un-packaging the returned product Reply we get is :- "we have validated your claim request and verified all the details shared by you. Based on our investigation, we have not found any valid proof to approve this claim, hence your claim request has been rejected." i would only say flipkart is cheating their valuable sellers.
