[Resolved] Flipkart — Split AC - Issue with wrong/inappro detail/misleading product detail | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to complain you about Flipkart, that we bought an AC in an offer (Offer was free installation) on Feb 27, 2017. But when they came to install they asked an amount of 250/- INR and they were not carrying enough tools to carry out the installation and on top of that they were also reluctant to take up some of the work which was required for installation. Also their behavior was not appropriate. Please also note that it means that flipkart is not transparent in terms of providing the details at their website/app. Now from last 10 days, we are in contact with Flipkart customer support and they are doing nothing but only scheduling the installation and cancelling it. And this shows that they are forcing us to pay the amount they want and the offer was just a fake. Will be very thankful to you if you can look into the matter.
