[Resolved] Flipkart — still my order (order id - od[protected] not delivered after estimated delivery time passed | |||||
Dear team, I ordered gold coin on 27th oct 2018 (Order id - od[protected] from p. C. Jewellers through flipkart to gift someone on occasion on bhaidooj. Estimated time of delivery of same is 6th of nov 2018. But still time order not delivered. Meantime, i got msg from courier partner that your order is out for delivery on 1st nov 2018 but they unable to deliver my product. Same msg received me on 2nd nov, 5th nov and 6th nov also. But still not received my order due to courier service is poor. Courier partner cheat to flipkart that updating status is wrong address of consignee. For your kind attention i had received lot of parcels from flipkarts in past at same address. So how can courier partner say wrong address? I had lodge complaint to flipkart customer service many times but they too failed to sort out my issue. Tomorrow is bhaidooj on 9th nov but still my order has not delivered.
