Flipkart — Still product not received more than 7 days delayed, and seller cancelled my order today without any intimation to me.

I ordered mobile phone on Jun 05, 2022 for realme 9 Pro 5G Midnight from flipkart that time mention delivery date Jun 07, 2022, seller accepted order and ready to dispatch but courier partner did not collected that parcel after longer period. I contacted customer care and they replied your mobile reaches till 13 Jun 2022, and after some time Supplier canceled the purchase Order its too bad, I placed a order with an offer by HDFC Bank. This is very bad about flipkart services very very very bad services. By Seller : METHOMecom

And Today I got that massage from Flipkart as mentioned below..

Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for realme 9 Pro 5G Midnight is cancelled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay. If you like, you can place a new order for this item in the next 10 days and a Gift Card worth Rs. 2000 will be added to your Flipkart account within 3 days of the order delivery in appreciation of your understanding.

I just want my ordered phone as same offer.
If they can't afford that type of offer so why they put online platform in their site.
Till my money not get back.

same thing happened with me, i ordered a realme phone from flipkart and its delivery extended and now they saying that seller has cancelled the order .what should i do next .i have ordered that phone with my credit card and i want that same offer with which i have ordered that phone. i have still not received the phone till today 31 june 2022.
