[Resolved] Flipkart — stop blaming the customers | |||||
To the ceo of flipkart, I have placed an order, order id od[protected] on 16th jan 2018 was communicated will be delivered by 24th jan. I have made same product order 3 times earlier and every time it was delivered at my doorsteps. We have made same order this time from previous order history. This time flipkart decides not to order at my house and asks me to pick up the order why??? I called your contact centre and spoke to anita who was trying to blame this on me that i had selected option of pick up whic i clearly denied that i did not as she could not solve i spoke to esacalation officer kratika who also was blaming this on me and she said her manager also cannot solve this also he cannot speak to me. She then tells to wait till 31jan why are you blaming me for your system issues which is causing delays why hire managers who cannot speak to customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
