I placed order vide Order ID No.OD[protected] –[protected] for Lenovo K8 Plus on[protected]. I paid for the purchase Rs.8098/- (Unit Cost) [Seller: Indiflashmart] and Rs.90/- (buy back guarantee) thro my SBI Debit card. Subsequently, the said order was cancelled by me on[protected] and claimed for refund. While verifying my Flipkart account, the refund status shows: REFUND COMPLETED. ID No.[protected] for Rs.8098/- (for unit) and REFUND COMPLETED. ID No.[protected] for Rs.90/- (for buy back guarantee). Whereas, while verifying my SB A/c. I learnt that a sum of Rs.90/- has only been refunded by Flipkart. The unit price of Rs.8098/- has not so far been refunded. Frequently, I am contacting Flipkart help centre regarding refund of Rs.8098/- Whereas; the problem has not yet been solved. I have not received the refund of Rs.8098/- from Flipkart side except some convincing and system generated reply which is not in order. On[protected], I received a reply from Flipkart thro email to contact banker with Payment reference no.PZT[protected]Y7R0903 and Bank Txn Id [protected]. My banker (SBI Thiruverumbur Branch: 15301) has clearly confirmed that the said amount has not been credited by Flipkart. Also, my banker has confirmed on[protected] in writing that no such amount was received from Flipkart. The fact was already communicated to Flipkart’s CEO thro’ email. Even though nearly 50 days have left from the date of transaction, the issue is not yet resolved by Flipkart. Flipkart is well known nationwide online shopping Organisation. I did not expect such substandard attitude. Flipkart’s back end team is simply replying without applying mind properly and emailing repeatedly how toregister grievance thro online SBI and advising to contact banker/debit card helpline. Flipkart has sent similar Email nearly 50 numbers. I have contacted Flipkart regarding this issue for more than 100 times but, problem remains unsolved. Keeping public money without assigning any reason is unlawful and offensive attitude as per RBI guidelines. Also, Flipkart is always addressing as “Hi Vinoth”. I am the claimant, I am the Flipkart Account Holder and my name is S. Sivakumar who has placed the order. The said Vinoth is only delivery addressee. It is a small evidence how the Flipkart handling lethargically the grievance of Public. Please note that I am having good regard on Flipkart services and hence, I am issuing soft notices. I hope Flipkart will take necessary steps immediately to refund the credit of Rs.8098/- in to my SB A/C. No.[protected] (IFSC: SBIN0015301, THIRUVERMBUR) without further delay. I am furnishing cell no of my SBI Manager, Thiruverumbur: [protected]. Flipkart may directly contact him for quick solution. I am very frank to furnish, in case more information are required regarding this issue which may please be communicated. Since, it is a very basic issue, it can be easily solved. I want to settle the issue in peaceful and amicable manner.
I request to credit the amount on or before[protected], failing which, I am forced to file complaints before court of law for getting refund of Rs.8098/- along with interest and to claim damages for the mental agony caused so far in this regard.
