[Resolved]  Flipkart — Sub standard & poor quality shoes supplied

Invoice No. F02CLHYDERABAD_MEDCHAL_[protected] dtd.[protected] I bought a pair of shoes from Flipkart with the assumption that it would be good as shown but it turnout to be a sub standard poor quality shoes. VECTOR E COMMERCE has supplied sub-standard, poor quality shoes. On the second day of wearing the shoes, the colour faded away.Flipkart does'nt have a provision to replace my shoes nor can be contacted for such matter.I demand a return or refund of the same. Spoke to customer informed him refund of amount Rs. 679/- has been already initiated to his bank account and it will be reflect within 5 BDs. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
