I am writing this letter to file an official consumer complaint against Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. due to the undue delay and non-fulfilment of my order placed through their online shopping platform.
The details of the complaint are as follows:

Product Not Yet Delivered
The product was ordered specifically for use at my residence, which is currently occupied only by my 60-year-old mother. She is a senior citizen and has limited mobility, which is why the timely delivery of this item was crucial. Unfortunately, despite numerous follow-ups and promises made via the Flipkart app and customer care, the product has not been delivered even after more than two months past the expected delivery date.
I have tried reaching out to Flipkart customer support and even sent a complaint to their official email ([protected]@flipkart.com), but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution. This negligence has caused mental distress, inconvenience, and loss of trust.
I, therefore, request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Flipkart for unfair trade practices and seek the following relief:
1. Immediate delivery of the product.
2. Compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
3. Penalty on the company for violation of consumer rights.
