[Resolved]  Flipkart — Supermarket grocery items received with missing items.

Hi, I ordered Supermarket grocery items from Flipkart, which i received on 07th Sept'2020, wherein there were products which was missing. When i spoke to the customer care about the issue they said it will get refund and resolve within 3 days. Since 5 days i am following up with them, but the same response i am receiving. There is no clarity whether i will get the refund or my products. I asked for Manager's email id, but they didn't provided with. I tried to call that delivery boy too, but it was switched off. If m not getting the products/refund, i will be in loss.
Please help me in getting solving this issue.
