Flipkart — Supplied defective product and now not returning it | |||||
I've purchased a Nextbit Robin from flipkart which is Rd 20000/-. There was some issue with it such as phone is getting too hot during charging that you can't even touch. And now the phone isn't getting switched on. I have raised return request for the same. Flipkart executive called me 3 times but without any solution the ticket is being closed. In my last return status it was mentioned that issue closed as it has been sorted out between me & seller where as seller hasn't contacted me. When I purchased a phone from Flipkart it was mentioned that 30 days hassle free return policy. Now they are saying seller is denying. Why should I hear seller ???
