[Resolved]  Flipkart — supplied material (Orpat Dry iron) not working

Booked a dry iron ( Orpat OEI-157 Dry Iron R.Blue) on 28.01.2015 and my Order ID is: OD[protected] against COD of RS. 650.00 (Rupees six hundred fifty only) which was delivered on 04.02.2015 but unfortunately the iron is not working. Whenever I connected the Iron plug into socket for testing, it is not working. Indication light is not glowing and not warming at all. More over, I booked blue colour but a green colour iron was delivered. Please take necessary steps and replace the non-functional one with a functional and desired colour one.
