[Resolved] Flipkart — Supplied product not meeting the specification

The product is Clock. The specification says, the dial size is 30 cm. But what has been supplied is only 20 cm. the first supplied was taken back to replace it with the correct specification. But the replaced product also 20 cm dial only.

So I want the product is to be replaced with 30 cm dial clock.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Resolution: Spoke to the customer, he said that the specification mention in product page is Width x Height: 7.5 cm x 30 cm. But customer said that the product is almost 20-22cms in width, in spite he has received small in size, because the box which he received during delivery was smaller in size so the product inside will also be smaller. Hence, said the customer to wait for 24-48hrs of time to have a check with internal team so that we can check if the specification mentioned in the product page is wrong or the product sent to the customer is wrong. Customer had asked for replacement and after replacement also he received same sized product. Keeping the case for follow up and waiting for update from the team.
