[Resolved] Flipkart — suspended to play games in gamezone | |||
I have been a customer of 6 plus years, have made many transactions. Also i play the games in gamezone everyday. This comes with a quiz and guesswhat game. Haven't missed for a day. All of a sudden they have suspended from playing games. Stating they encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions. Haven't violated anything that i am aware of so far. Have contacted flipkart support, they had asked to me uninstall and reinstall, which hasn't worked. Have escalated to next level, executive who spoke was unprofessional and wasn't helpful. He simply told me he can't do anything here to help in a sarcastic manner. My question, how could flipkart doesn't know what to do, for the error which appears in their side. Customer service in this case, is worst, no ownership taken. It's more than a month now, issue didn't get resolved. Poor display of customer service. Flipkart needs my order, but doesn't want me to play the game's, looks unprofessional/silly Was this information helpful? | |||
