I had purchased swipe elite handset on 27 september 2017 but now it is not working properly its back button is totally working badly anytime it works and anytime it hacks so now i want to replace it immediately in any condition i will never take my touch glass and back cover price replace i want to replace my handset only i have already complaint it my complaint number is[protected].

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer he says i got mobile but facing so many problem so wanted to refund or exchange with other brand so information is given to customer that as per flipkart policy there is no refund or exchange only replace with same n model so customer agreed. also provided swipe brand number service centre:[protected]
