Hi, with ref no OD[protected] we purchased hcl me tab as per your instruction we conduct hcl service centre HE is Not Accpt my complaint as per service centre instruction we book complaint in hcl website system is also not accpt the sr no of tab i think THE TAB IS SPURIOUS i AM wAITING FOR REPLY Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 26, 2014 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he says that the HCL tablet purchased from Flipkart did not charge and it is completely dead from the time it was delivered.Customer was not in town for sometime and later got to know about this issue. The replacement period was over and we had asked him to visit the service center. Customer says he was denied assistance at the service center as there was some mismatch in the serial number as per invoice. Customer now wants us to interact with the service center and have his product fixed as he blames it is Flipkart's mistake. Escalated the issue to concern team.
