Complaint raised to flipkart as follows
I have ordered one Micromax UHD LED 42C0050UHD television from Flipkart on 08.11.2015 against order number OD[protected] paid through my debit card. The television which you delivered lately, upon the package received a television which doesn’t contained the warranty bill and other installation guide etc inside and the packing also is not like genuine product. But I checked on the retail shop about the same product and I found is quite different packing as well as the content was different. The original package is supposed to contain warranty card, some booklets, installation guide. But in my case the package I received had nothing of that sort.. Moreover they do not provide tamper proof seal with company logo and also bring to your notice that television sometimes appearing double, blurry image display after it is suddenly display going dark with unfair noise. I ask several times to arrange missing items and regarding the problem to customer care they send technician to my home after checking he confirmed that this television is refurbished, but till now they not refunded money back, every time they answered refund initiated, since one month the same reply I heard from them, Im highly disappointed by flipkart service.
