I purchased a JBL Wireless Speakers on 21st Arpil 2015. To begin with I was given a used product with items missing in the pack. I filed immediate return. It took several day (1 week) there was no notification. I had to call Customer Service only to know that the Seller did not have a piece. I then filed for Cancellation. I have neither got any infofmation nor any assistance about the pick up. I have to call Customer Service every time ( 11 Times. ) I am promised the same that it will get picked up. But I don't receive any information and the product is not being picked up. Look into the matter and kindly resolve. It truly is annoying and terrible at your end to be so callous.
