Flipkart — The delivery person messed up my order and he canceled it without my knowledge | |
I ordered an iPhone 12 128GB Red on October 3rd from Flipkart on big billion days offer for ₹55999 by selling my bike and I had placed an exchange of my old phone. I had already paid the remaining amount online. The delivery person came on 5th October with the product and he was supposed to enter the IMEI number of my old phone to confirm the exchange and provide me my new phone. So this delivery man entered the IMEI number wrongly and he messed up there. This guy couldn’t correct the IMEI number and he canceled the order without my knowledge. Flipkart had mailed me to place a fresh order. But currently the phone is out of stock and the prices have also hiked. I would kindly request Flipkart to deliver me my product as it was none of my fault. Was this information helpful? | |
