I have ordered a kingston data traveller Micro Due 16 GB Pen drive quated amount as Rs.750/-, vide order number OD[protected] on 20/11/2016.I have received a pen drive the cost of the Pen drive mentioned in the box is Rs. 500/- MRP.

Please clarify:
1.The Pen drive Model ordered cost is Rs.750/-?
2.You have Wrongly dispatched a Pen drive cost is Rs.500/-?
3. Please clarify how to exchange this ?
4.Why a wrong model costs lower was sent ?
5.Will you repay the excess amount collected ?

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. So mail sent to customer asking for the convenient time.
