[Resolved]  Flipkart — the replacement of my mobile

I had ordered a phone on flipkart in 23 july 2019. And the phone which i ordered has many problems like charging port and headphone port is not working. I tried to replace it but flipkart has banned my account and now there is no response from flipkart.
I tried to talk with the customer care but they didn't gave me a solution. Now i can't use the phone because the phone's battery is low and the charging port is not working. I just need help against this.
