[Resolved] Flipkart — They are avoiding to give me sloution so my warrantee will lapse. | |||
I brought a DELL external hardrive 1.5 years back with warrantee of two years. How the hard drive has some problem and it was not working. The DELL company said flipkart has given you out of warrantee product. When I complaint to flipkart they gave me some agency number named SUPERTORN. Supertorn is denying to provide service. Now flipkart is pointing fingers at Spertron and Supertron is pointing fingers at flipkart. They are wasting time as my product will be out of warrantee soon. I have no idea what to do . All my data is been already lost plus I have no way to getting it repaired. This product costed me around 5000. Flipkart shouldn't have supplied that product if they weren't able to provide me the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
