[Resolved]  Flipkart — they are doing fraud with customers

Hi Team,

This is in regards to the service you are offering to us.
You need to keep a check on yourself otherwise I really need to take further actions to get the worth of my each penny spent on Flipkart.

As we'd ordered an instant geyser from Flipkart, firstly, there was mentioned that we'd be getting free installation but the product's customer care executive said they can't offer installation, thus, Flipkart sent their own representative on calling you for the for more than 100 calls.
Also, when your representative arrived at my place for the installation, when he was doing the set up, he found out that the tank of the geyser was damaged, it hardly got replaced after 100+ calls and no particular date.

Also, now even, when already discussed about the same you people had to refund me the installation cost that I've spent, that should have been offered from your side. I need this cost of Rs. 400 ASAP.

Secondly, we'd ordered a mattress which your seller sent in different size to which I've ordered and also, that was damaged. We're not at place, your respresentative dropped it at our gate in our absence, when we arrived back, it was damaged and was not of the size which I ordered. But on calling you multiple times, almost more than 100 calls again for this item.. this item didn't got replaced or returned. My money got into the deep well.
And when now, we've ordered the mattress of the size we need, despite of reflecting that the mattress is being shipped or delivered and raising many complaints regarding this, no necessary step has been taken so that we can get the order for which we need right now.

Actually I need an answer to this otherwise, I'm complaining against you people in consumer forum regarding all these incidents.. and I have proofs to support all of my facts in place.

After then, they promised me on the recorded call that they give INR 500 in my gift card for the compensation I didn't ask for it. They mentioned themselves.

INR 400 received for the installation. Now, they are not refunding me INR 500 Which they promised
