I ordered a adidias black trackpant from Flipkart on 8th September, 2021 and I didn't like the quality and fit so I requested for refund on 8th only but it has been 15th but there hasn't been any resolution whatsoever, whenever I call them they say that the team is working and please wait for 24 hours everytime but they provide zero resolution. They have been harrassing me like these from the last few days. I'm a plus customer and I bought numerous things from the site. This is how they treat customers. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
