Flipkart — They blacklist my Flipkart account

I had ordered Juice bottles from flipkart grocery store which delivered on August 17th 2022. All the items were broken or leaked. Some were wrong items delivered. Even the parcel container was full with leaked juices. I will attached screenshot of those photos.
So I raised return request. Again again inspite of rejection. At last they blocked my account without any message.
After that I contact with customer executive they didn't response my query and not even transfer my call to senior customer executive. I also ordered sandals but they are not good so I had requested for replacement and after replacement I didn't receive the exact item. And they blocked my account. I am unable to get refund.
