I placed an order of rs 1499 of Noise air buds mini, they were not working properly, there were only one option or replacement do I choose that. The delivery boy came and took the defected piece, gave me a new flipkart box, I opened it there was a box of noise air buds mini but the main product: noise air buds mini we're missing, I immediately contacted the flipkart customer care executive they promised me to provide the refund, told me to send the pictures of my adhaar card and later on rejected my refund request. I applied again, they rejected it again, I did the whole procedure of raising a refund request, picking their calls/calling them to tell the whole story like million times, attaching my images in a certain way, sending emails to them, I even talked to the senior team. They always told me to wait. In the end they rejected me refund request again and even blocked my account. I still patiently and gentlely talked to them, send email to the email id's they provided, nothing happened. I am fed up honestly. What they did with their genuine customer, took 1499 and never bothered to return.
