Flipkart — They cancelled my order after 6 days

Hello sir/mam...I ordered Sony x8000h 55 inch tv on 16th October big billion days...and they say delivery will take place by 2nd of November, , , but product shipped date was 21 so I called customer care saying the order status is same as it was when I ordered...and they told me don’t worry everything will be ok...but now on 23rd October I got a mail from flipkart saying your order has been cancelled cause it went out of stock..they informed me after 7 days...I can’t even give another order cause now price got hiked the same tv costs me around 88k and because of sale I was getting it in 53k...I don’t know what to do...when I called customer care they say it’s in sellers hands but the same seller is still there on the app...why you sell the product if you are out of stock...and don’t you mention it in 2 days?? I don’t know what to do??plz help. Order id OD[protected]

Customer care executives are rude...they don’t solve the problems I got a mail from flipkart...and I asked them that I got a mail and they have said no flipkart didn’t send you any mails or text...this is frustrating...I will complain in government portal if my issue will not be solved...I just want a product with the same price I was getting in big billion days sale..and that’s flipkarts responsibility to provide satisfaction to its plus member..so I am asking politely help me regarding this...they said the product was out of stock but that same seller was selling the same product today...how can you believe that nonsense...!!!
