[Resolved] Flipkart — They collect the product but still did not get the refund for that product | |||||
I order (order id will be OD[protected] the the product (redmi 2 prime) on the 26 th feb, then they delivery the product on 28 th feb, while receive the product its problem with the battery daring issue, so plan to return the product and get the money from the flip-kart, then put refund request to them they reject the request, raise the complaint against to flipkart, they they contact me, then dicussed the problem with customer care (tech support), then accept the request, then they collect the part on 21 st march, still now the money didn't been refund. customer care name : INDHUJA_MURUGAN then the case id will be " IN[protected]", still they didn't refund, i have document copy of return to the flipkart courier person (Bhuvanesh K R). i want my money back. other wise i go to consumer court, i have the all doc's prof details with me.
