[Resolved] Flipkart — they did not provide me replacement | |||
I have bought a product from flipkart during big billion days, the product Was asus rog gaming laptop i paid full money * rupees. However i Received a product but it was damaged. The moment i saw it was damaged i Filed a refund request it was on october *. I got message technician will Visit to your home on october th. He visit. I waited till * October still issue isn't resolved on the october *. I called customer Care they told me a refund is not available now you have to take A replacement for that. I said that okay. They only cancelled my refund request and said to me, your request Cancelled and we will update request for replacement this happened on October *. Then they told within * days we will resolve your issue. October * came still not solved. Simply they are telling tomorrow we will solve this issue every time when i Call the customer support they will tell the same answer Why this is happening with people, we trusted flipkart and we took a A product such a heavy amount product from online without a second thought, In return what we got from flipkart damaged product and they are not giving Proper service for their customers.
