Flipkart — they don't deliver my product

Hello sir we ordered a product from flipkkart they couldn't deliverd it.
When we complain their costumer care they misbehave with me and say they not delivered my product.
I am ordered that product on big billion day but today price will high & they say me to place a new order with a new price.
Then i request you please action on it and delivered my product on offer price.
My flipkart order id is od[protected].
Hello sir i don't want to return my money, i want same product on same price.
Please say seller they ship again with other courrior patner. Like ecom.
