[Resolved]  Flipkart — They have sent me the fake product hence requesting refund

I ordered my shoes from Flipkart having orderID: OD[protected], I received the shoes on 31st July and filed the return for the same on 1st August. The issue was I received the fake product, there was no brand box, no MRP tag, and shoes were wrapped in plastic with only Flipkart brown box and invoice. I filed the return multiple time(the first two times it was in the wrong category hence they rejected the return, So third time I filed it saying that there are multiple issues with the product but they are just delaying things by saying that team will reach out to you please wait for 24 to 48 hours. I tried many times trying to connect with their senior executives but every time I was told that all their executives were busy. They. are ignoring me and my return request.
I gave the review of the product stating that I received a fake product, but they rejected the review so that they can fool around with other customers too.
