[Resolved] Flipkart — thinking customers as fool | |||
Hello sir / madam, Myself kaushal sharma I have ordered crocs scandals size 8 but i received size 9 then i checked their was no replacement in the column only refund option so i called flipkart i spoke to their coustomer agent for 1.30hr but they handed my call by saying nothing. But why they deliver wrong product if they don't have Secondly i have ordered a t-shirt half size xl and half length but i received large size and different print also again same... Thirdly again i ordered crocs scandal same size 8 again i received size 9 and again they dont have any solution expect refund but being a coustomer i just want my thing delevired... If possible i need a wrttie. Mail from flipkart stating apologise for what they have done. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
