[Resolved]  Flipkart — thomson b9 pro 40 inch smart tv

Exactly similar case as shakeel shajudeen who posted similar complaint on may 31, 2018. Shakeel purchased on may 24, 2018.
I purchased on august 3rd and got delivery on 4th august which was not updated in their system till 5th august.

Installation technician confirmed about the screen damage. On raising the request to replacement a visit was scheduled from thomson tv technician who called once to understand about the situation but did not visit to check.

Yesterday evening i received a message that the seller rejected my return request, without any explanation. I called customer care and they informed me that because thonsom tv technician did not visit the request was rejected.

My question to flipkart is why did the thomson tv technician not visit? And is it fair for the seller to cancel return request based on the mistake of thomson tv technician's mistake of forgetting to visit?

I feel this is scam run by flipkart and it's seller omnichannel retail where in they send damaged good to a customer and keep rejecting return request due to no reason at all.

Flipkart why do you wish to cheat and fraud your customers? Do you wish to grow by running scams like these wherein you off load your damaged goods to the customers and harass them by rejecting their return/replacement request?

Why have you not learnt and updated your systems/processes after the suffering reported by shakeel as mentioned in the above case a couple of months back?
